Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Rooted Steps Foot Health. By arranging a home visit, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Scope of Practice
Rooted Steps Foot Health provides domiciliary foot health care within the scope of Foot Health Practice. Services include routine and preventative foot care.
Treatment is provided based on professional assessment and clinical judgement. If a condition is identified that falls outside the scope of practice, appropriate onward referral will be advised.
Appointments
Appointments are provided in the client’s home and time is allocated specifically for each visit.
Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe, clean and suitable environment for treatment, including adequate lighting and access to a standard chair.
Fees & Payment
The current fee for a comprehensive foot health appointment is displayed on the Services & Prices page.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking and are due following the appointment unless otherwise agreed. Cash, bank transfer and card payments are accepted. If you would prefer to pay in advance, a secure payment link can be sent after booking.
Details for payment will also be included in your appointment confirmation email.
Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior contact, will incur the full appointment fee.

Clinical Records
Accurate treatment records are maintained in accordance with professional and legal obligations. Details regarding how personal data is handled can be found in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
All treatments are provided with reasonable care and skill. Rooted Steps Foot Health will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate or incomplete medical information provided by the client.
Right to Refuse or Withdraw Treatment
Rooted Steps Foot Health reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where:
The condition falls outside the scope of practice
The environment is unsafe
Inappropriate behaviour occurs
Treatment is deemed not to be in the client’s best interests
