Cancellation Policy
Rooted Steps Foot Health values your time and appreciates the same consideration in return. As appointments are provided in clients’ homes and time is allocated specifically for each visit, clear notice is required if you need to cancel or rearrange.
Notice Period
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior contact, will incur the full appointment fee.
How To Cancel
Appointments can be cancelled or rearranged by telephone or email. If calling outside working hours, please leave a voicemail.
